Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative focusing on managing and expanding revenue within a network of contractors and service providers for cabinet refacing solutions. Responsibilities include owning assigned accounts, expanding product adoption, conducting virtual demos and onboarding, following up on leads to convert to revenue, maintaining Salesforce records, and collaborating with Marketing and the SDR team. Ideal candidates have cabinetry/home renovation experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office, and are highly organized with a results-driven mindset. The role requires being located in the Houston, TX area (Central Time) and involves phone and video meetings with customers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in cabinetry or cabinet refacing, kitchen, bath or home renovation
- Experience managing accounts and driving revenue in an inside sales or account management role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable on the phone and leading video meetings
- Proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated closer with high integrity
- Must be located in the Central or Mountain time zone (CST or MST)
