Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive sales results by responding to inbound requests and executing high volumes of outbound calls and emails daily. Your role will focus on generating new business and building relationships with customers, focusing on their needs to recommend suitable Esri solutions. You will collaborate with sales teams, manage a pipeline of target prospects using CRM best practices, and develop a strong understanding of Esri’s products and services to help achieve your sales goals. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of client-facing experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and should demonstrate a commitment to customer success.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales, consulting, or client facing experience
- Customer oriented with a high level of professionalism
- Possess a desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
- Responsive, friendly, and thoughtful in your verbal and written communications
- Able to ask for and implement other’s feedback in order to improve
- Ability to learn new concepts and software programs quickly, retain large amounts of information, and adapt to a changing work environment
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including basic spreadsheet familiarity
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce.com experience
- Software/SaaS experience in a sales or business environment
- Knowledge of any of the following industry sectors: commercial, utility, energy, state and local government, or federal government
- Knowledge or experience with Esri technology
