Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, develop and convert inbound/outbound leads into opportunities, maintain regular customer contact, build relationships, support retention and account growth via upselling and cross-selling, prepare quotations with accurate pricing and availability, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Customer Service, Field Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. Strong emphasis on pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and meeting sales goals; requires proactive, customer-first approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of inside sales, account management, or commercial experience
- Experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
