Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative to drive full-cycle Enterprise SaaS sales in strategic accounts, closing transactional deals under a defined threshold while supporting a group of Field Account Executives with outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, renewals, and field event support. You’ll manage renewals across signed accounts in your territory, follow up on inbound leads quickly, and maintain CRM data accuracy and forecast alignment. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of SaaS or tech sales with closing responsibilities, comfort moving deals from qualification to close, and a collaborative, team-first attitude with a desire to contribute to building a new function from the ground up.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of SaaS or tech sales experience including some closing responsibilities (AE, AM, ISR, or equivalent)
- Proven success running a sales process from qualification to close in a commercial or transactional context
- Exposure to sales processes, CRM systems, and account-based workflows
