Job Summary
Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information, availability, billing inquiries, and corrections. Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives while coordinating delivery and pick-up of orders with operations teams. Provide support to the Outside Sales team and adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services. Requires previous front-line customer service and sales experience, with construction or building materials industry experience a plus. Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus. Earn $23.94 - $35.83 per hour with 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
- Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
