Job Summary
Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information, availability, billing inquiries, and corrections. Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives while coordinating delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams. Provide support to the Outside Sales team and adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services. Prior experience in front-line customer service and sales is required, with construction or building materials industry knowledge preferred. Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus. This role offers a competitive hourly range of $19.95 to $29.86, including 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid training and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
- Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
