Job Summary
Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information, availability, billing inquiries, and corrections. Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives while coordinating delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams. Provide support to the Outside Sales team and adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services. Requires previous front-line customer service and sales experience, with industry experience in construction or building materials a plus. Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
- Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
Desired Qualifications
- Industry experience with construction or building materials
- Spanish bilingual proficiency
