Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative at SFC, Senske Family of Companies. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center, identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and close sales. Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs (call volume, conversion rates, customer satisfaction). Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM with each interaction; follow up with leads to drive sales.
