Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative responsible for expert customer service and sales support to internal and external customers, handling the full Order to Invoice process (order entry/maintenance, NCNR setup, contract pricing, and related system maintenance such as MyArrow and PCPRCE), coordinating with Infosys on e-Compass and Forecast Response reports, supporting quote-to-order objectives (loading SDT quotes, sending PDFs to Quote Center, updating quote extensions, and coordinating contract signatures), and managing QA-related tasks (RMA, FQR analysis, Customer Surveys, and post-delivery issue resolution) while assisting the sales team with sample ordering and contract execution. The role emphasizes collaboration across parts management, expedited orders, and ensuring accurate pricing and part status through systems like IPS and related reports; experience or fresh graduates are acceptable for entry-level to mid-level professionals.
