Job Summary
Manage a pipeline of prospective and existing clients by conducting outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to qualify leads and understand their pain points. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer business goals while collaborating with the marketing team on inbound leads and campaigns. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling, maintaining accurate CRM records of all interactions. Continuously update product knowledge and participate in training sessions to ensure accurate information delivery and adapt communication styles to different customer profiles. Work under the supervision of a sales manager to follow defined sales processes, manage time efficiently across multiple engagements, and adhere to ethical standards and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and common business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and challenges effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and contribute to a culture of inclusion and respect
- Availability to work during standard business hours and adapt to varying customer schedules as needed
