Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative at DNOW is responsible for servicing drilling and/or production accounts, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and interacting with customers and vendors to complete sales orders. Key responsibilities include the entire order process from creation to delivery paperwork, maintaining organized records, providing technical sales support and product consulting, supporting business development to cultivate a customer base, and contributing to efforts to exceed sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, relevant knowledge in drilling or production, and strong interpersonal skills.

- Drilling and/or production knowledge
- MS Office skills (Excel and Word)
- SAP knowledge
- Experience in inside sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of relevant oil & gas products
