Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative role combining sales, customer service, and technical knowledge to sell products and solutions to new and existing customers. Drives revenue by identifying opportunities, managing inquiries from prospective and existing customers, coordinating with internal resources, and maintaining relationships to meet sales metrics. Requires ability to communicate product information, provide pricing/quotes, manage inventories and delivery lead times, and collaborate with teams across product, materials, field sales, and suppliers. Proficiency in SAP/ERP/order management systems, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx, and related tools. May involve some travel and overnight stays; hybrid work arrangement is indicated.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of related experience
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP, ERP, and order management
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx, QuoteFX, and SupplierWin
