Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for attaining quota through the sale of new business in the small business segment. Day-to-day activities include logging into the national sales queue, actively prospecting for new business, engaging inbound leads, updating the CRM, meeting weekly KPI targets, managing the sales pipeline, attaining monthly sales targets, and collaborating with supporting departments. The role requires clear, professional idea articulation in writing, in person, and over the phone, plus effective pipeline management across multiple stages. A track record of top performance in new business acquisition, consultative selling, strong time management, and high organization is expected. Post secondary is an asset, with equivalent experience considered, and there is a focus on remote/hybrid work flexibility and uncapped commission potential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience responsible for the full sales cycle
- Demonstrated success as top performer with a focus on new business acquisition
- Skilled in short sales cycle pipeline management
- Consultative selling experience in acquiring net new accounts
