Role emphasizes discovery conversations, CRM hygiene, and collaboration with Marketing and Sales to optimize playbooks as the team scales. Requires excellent written and verbal communication, comfort with phone-based outreach, CRM discipline, and curiosity about the compounding pharmacy landscape and regulatory backdrop (503A/503B, APC, NCPA). Role is remote in the U.S. with occasional travel to Helsinki HQ and events; opportunities for growth into field sales or account management.
