Inside Sales Representative

Coordinate customer support activities from quote to delivery, including generating project estimates, providing quotes, obtaining contracts, and entering sales orders into software systems. Manage post-delivery issues such as damages, shortages, delays, and field fabrication methods while acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal resources for technical services and manufacturing. Analyze competitive market information to ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and maintain positive customer relationships. Serve as the customer point of contact to provide assurance and deliver customer-focused activities. This role supports the sale of metal building systems, residential metal roofing, and components within the Cornerstone Building Brands family.
