Job Summary
Coordinate customer support activities from quote to delivery by generating professional project estimates, interpreting project requirements, and providing quotes. Enter sales orders into software systems, coordinate internal resources for manufacturing and delivery, and manage post-delivery issues such as damages, shortages, and delays. Serve as the customer point of contact to maintain positive relationships, act as a liaison regarding potential problems, and ensure product sales comply with pricing guidelines. Analyze and report competitive market information while providing customer-focused activities and services. This role is 100% office-based in Tucson, AZ, for a full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a sales or service-oriented industry
- Sufficient personal computer and business software application use capabilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- 100% office based
