Job Summary
Coordinate customer support activities from quote to delivery by generating professional project estimates and sales for metal building systems, residential metal roofing, and components. Enter sales orders into software systems, coordinate internal resources for product delivery, and manage post-delivery issues including damages, shortages, and delays. Serve as the primary customer point of contact to provide assurance, maintain positive relationships, and act as a liaison regarding potential problems and customer desires. Analyze and report competitive market information while ensuring all sales comply with proper pricing guidelines and policies. This 100% office-based role requires a high school diploma or GED and three years of sales or service experience. Full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision benefits starting day one.
