Job Summary
Provide technical support and services to customers while working with the Outside Sales team to grow existing accounts and create new ones. Educate clients on product features and benefits, process orders including data entry, and prepare quotations, bids, and letters. Assist with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and general sales and marketing initiatives as required. Maintain a high level of service with a consultative approach to recommend products where needed. This role requires a high school diploma, one year of wholesale distribution experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in inclement weather. Base pay is $50,000-$53,000 annually. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years' experience in wholesale distribution
- A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- The skills to use of a variety of technology and new computer applications
- The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- A positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work in inclement weather as required
