Job Summary
Business Development Specialist-focused Inside Sales role directing outbound outreach to prospective clients in the building-maintenance space. Key duties include making a high-volume mix of calls and emails, researching target businesses, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the outside sales team. Responsibilities also cover CRM data maintenance, reporting, meeting activity/lead-generation targets, processing information for follow-ups, and managing email campaigns and social media efforts. Requires strong organization, customer-service orientation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; a high school diploma is expected with college degree preferred but not required. Training and career progression into outside sales are available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (college degree preferred but not required)
- 1-2 years B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience prospecting/cold calling desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience using CRM systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
