Job Summary

Business Development Specialist-focused Inside Sales role directing outbound outreach to prospective clients in the building-maintenance space. Key duties include making a high-volume mix of calls and emails, researching target businesses, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the outside sales team. Responsibilities also cover CRM data maintenance, reporting, meeting activity/lead-generation targets, processing information for follow-ups, and managing email campaigns and social media efforts. Required Qualifications
