Inside Sales Representative

Greet customers, take orders for HVAC products and supplies, and assist with warranty returns and credits. Develop pricing proposals for orders received via phone, email, or the counter, and facilitate sales transactions while verifying customer authorization. Ensure customers receive correct products in right quantities on schedule, maintain showroom and warehouse appearance, and support warehouse staff in retrieving sold items. Process returns per company policy, engage with internal teams on order releases, and guarantee customer satisfaction. Focus on safety first, prioritize daily tasks, and resolve issues promptly. Requires high school diploma, six months sales experience, HVAC knowledge preferred, and ability to lift 50lbs.
