Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative focusing on servicing existing customers, increasing orders through upselling, developing opportunities from marketing and outside sales, and collaborating with outside sales to meet goals. Responsibilities include obtaining and entering orders, explaining stock-outs and delivery dates, increasing orders by suggesting related items, qualifying opportunities from marketing and national accounts, preparing quotations, monitoring open order reports, managing backorder and expediting notices, reporting industry trends and customer feedback, and maintaining effective communications. Skills include sales administration, Microsoft Office proficiency, multitasking, clear verbal and written communication, ability to prospect and market concepts to accounts, problem solving, independence with supervision, and travel up to 25%. The role offers a commission opportunity in addition to base salary.
Required Qualifications
