Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
Assist customers in-store by sharing product information, advising on project needs, producing estimates, and processing transactions. Follow up on online quotes, cold call to qualify new leads, support Outside Sales Reps, and assist inventory control through cycle counts and resolving overages/shortages. Complete training on products, POS systems, and paperwork. Requires experience in sales or customer service, a friendly outgoing personality, and effective communication skills. Salary plus commission with no limit to earnings. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and vacation time.
