Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for sales and customer service to retail customers, handling inquiries via walk-in, phone, or email; providing product guidance, pricing, availability, and refunds/exchanges; generating quotes for small projects (stairs, decks, fences, sheds); entering orders and coordinating delivery; and supporting store operations including housekeeping, inventory, and safety. Must engage in selling company products, assist with material estimates, and contribute to a team-focused environment. Minimum qualification includes a high school diploma or GED and six months of sales-related experience (or equivalent). Competitive base wage with commission opportunities and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.
