Inside Sales Representative

Provide customer service to retail clients via walk-ins, phone, or email by assisting with product inquiries, pricing, and availability. Actively sell company products and services while generating material estimates and quotes for small projects like stairs and decks. Enter orders into the system, schedule deliveries, and coordinate customer workshops. Handle simple complaints and resolve inventory control, stocking, and housekeeping tasks.
