Inside Sales Representative

Serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing outstanding service in person, over the phone, and via email. Help customers select the right products by offering guidance on options, pricing, and availability while actively promoting and selling company products and complementary solutions. Prepare material estimates and quotes for projects such as decks, fences, and stairs, then enter and process orders accurately to coordinate deliveries. Manage priorities to achieve productivity goals and support customer education initiatives by coordinating workshops and product demonstrations. Resolve routine concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when needed. Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean store environment. This role combines sales, customer service, and hands-on product interaction within a collaborative team environment.
