Present financing options, schedule sold work with the dispatch team, and maintain accurate notes in ServiceTitan. Promote the Bee's Club Membership Program by processing renewals, contacting members about upcoming services, and tracking performance metrics. Meet monthly sales conversion goals and support outbound campaigns for deferred maintenance and seasonal promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple follow-up opportunities
- Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and service options
Desired Qualifications
