Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls using an automated dialer and manage inbound inquiries from interested homeowners. Schedule free in-home consultations and represent Bath Concepts with energy and professionalism. Earn unlimited commissions based strictly on results with no income cap, utilizing warm leads only. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with mandatory Saturdays earning a $6/hour shift differential. Required Qualifications

- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Mandatory Saturdays (with +$6/hr on base pay)
- 1 OFF Day during the week - Wed, Thurs, or Friday
- Saturday shift options: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Saturday shift options: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Saturday shift options: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
- While performing the duties and responsibilities of this position, the employee will be sitting at a desk 100% of the time
- Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
- The employee works in an office environment
