Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative role focusing on generating new business and growing sales through outbound and inbound activities via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, following up on leads, conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, presenting product offerings, identifying customer needs, building and maintaining relationships, maintaining CRM records, and preparing quotes and proposals. Ideal candidate is customer-focused, goal-driven, and skilled at building rapport; required HS diploma with associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
