Job Summary

Inside Sales Representative responsible for combining inside sales, customer service, and technical knowledge to sell products, services and solutions to new and existing customers/accounts. Responsibilities include developing and managing trusted relationships, promoting company options and solutions, identifying opportunities to increase market share and margin, delivering revenue/profit to meet metrics, initiating and answering sales inquiries, providing accurate pricing/quotes, coordinating inventories and delivery specifics, and collaborating with internal resources to coordinate sales efforts. Role notes include potential occasional travel to customer sites or training and some overnight travel; may leverage SAP/ERP/order management systems and requires basic Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. The role is HYBRID (some in-office and some remote work) with a focus on delivering strong customer service and solutions-based sales in a team environment.
