Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative role combining inside sales, customer service, and technical knowledge to sell products, services and solutions to new and existing accounts through inbound and outbound communications. Drive revenue by developing trusted relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting company options and solutions to customers. Responsibilities include initiating and answering sales inquiries, providing accurate pricing and quotes, coordinating inventories and delivery lead times, expanding sales within existing accounts, and collaborating with product, materials, field sales and suppliers to meet customer requirements. Role requires independent judgment, knowledge of systems and solutions, occasional travel, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment (Richardson, TX).
