Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound outreach, qualifying opportunities, and guiding prospective suppliers through the sales process. Tasks include conducting product walkthroughs, addressing objections, maintaining CRM records (Salesforce), meeting KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, SaaS sales experience, ability to work both independently and with the team, willingness to travel for conferences and events, and a proactive approach to staying current with industry trends and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of inside sales in a SaaS environment with a proven track record
- professional phone presence and excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Talkdesk) and Microsoft Teams
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- ability to close sales effectively
- willingness to travel for conferences, events, trainings as outlined by management
