Job Summary
B2B Inside Sales Representative for Asana on MarketStar's team. Responsible for the full cycle sales process bringing new customers to the Asana platform within a hybrid Ogden, UT role. Duties include managing an assigned book of business, lead generation and management, scheduled meetings, account optimization, follow-up, and ongoing customer support; delivering outreach, presentations, and basic problem solving; maintaining CRM data to enable data-driven strategic plans and valuable customer insights; achieving monthly/quarterly quotas, collaborating with managers in regular 1:1s, mastering company sales processes, researching industry, company, and product for customer engagements; leveraging Microsoft Office, Google Tools, CRM systems, and familiarity with Asana; strong verbal and written communication to interact via phone, virtual, email, and product demonstrations; building relationships and working across teams to drive growth and client satisfaction.
