Job Summary
Manage the sales process from quote to order for dedicated Supplier Projects and strategic customers across all EMEA regions. Ensure full support for assigned Focus Business Areas by generating accurate quotes, troubleshooting customer issues, and collaborating with pricing, purchasing, and engineering teams. Build long-term business partnerships by developing and managing customer strategy within your assigned territory while handling interregional order management and shipments. Work within an international, multilingual team to deliver superior support and seamless transitions to order fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- You speak English fluently
- You communicate clearly
- You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone
- You have some experience in a similar position (sales, customer service)
- You have a selling attitude
- You are results-driven
- You are detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- You enjoy taking on difficult challenges and finding solutions
