Inside Sales Representative

Sell industrial, medical, and specialty gases along with welding supplies to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service. Communicate with customers by phone, handle complaints, process paperwork, retrieve stock, assist in loading customer vehicles, advise on equipment and materials, apply welding product knowledge, anticipate customer needs, relay information to purchasing when shortages occur, and maintain a professional demeanor. Drive a company vehicle when needed, support team members with orders and supplies, and perform other duties as assigned.
