Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for generating and qualifying leads for major telecom providers through outbound calls, proposal creation, and managing inquiries, with hands-on experience using Excel/Word/PDF to draft proposals, maintaining data in NetSuite/CRM, and supporting the sales cycle for an Account Manager. Responsible for meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, making high-volume outbound calls, explaining pricing benefits and telecom carrier value, and providing ongoing support throughout the sales process while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative
- Demonstrated computer proficiency including Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Professional and positive attitude
