Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative to convert inbound phone inquiries into new customers for ALLO Fiber. Primary duties include handling inbound calls, making some outbound calls, educating potential customers on fiber benefits, assisting First Impression Specialists, meeting or exceeding sales targets, collaborating across teams, and participating in ongoing product training. Responsibilities also include processing sales through ALLO’s website, scheduling installations, CRM lead follow-ups, and maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Inside sales and/or retail sales experience
- Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends for local events
- Possess/Maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Sponsorship not required (not specified as a constraint)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and grasp new concepts on the job with a willingness to learn
