Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative at AdvanTec Marine supports transactional sales by preparing and managing quotes across product lines, acting as a liaison between customers, outside sales, and internal departments to maintain momentum on opportunities, and ensuring accurate, timely information in CRM/ERP. Responsibilities include gathering and validating technical specifications, coordinating handoffs across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Order Entry, communicating via phone and email, identifying follow-up opportunities, and contributing to pipeline quality and revenue growth. Key qualifications include a post-secondary education in business/sales/technical discipline (or equivalent experience), 2+ years in inside sales/quouting/customer service, experience with CRM/ERP systems, and ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, quoting, or customer service
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical products environment is an asset
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications is considered an asset
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems preferred
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
