Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative to support transactional sales across product lines at the Arlington, WA facility. Responsibilities include preparing and managing quotes, supporting Account Managers and Business Development, coordinating across Sales/Engineering/Operations/Finance, communicating with customers via phone and email, gathering and validating technical specifications, maintaining CRM data, ensuring smooth handoffs between teams, identifying follow-up opportunities, and contributing to pipeline quality and revenue. Candidates should bring strong technical aptitude, customer-focused communication, high accuracy with technical data, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and experience with CRM/ERP tools; post-secondary education in business, sales, or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years in inside sales, quoting, or customer service are expected. Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, quoting, or customer service
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical products environment is an asset
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications is considered an asset
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems preferred
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test
