Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative at ABC Supply; provide customer-focused sales support for roofing, siding, and windows products. Responsibilities include determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products, following a product/supply checklist for each job and up-selling additional products, answering telephones and entering sales orders, accepting payments and applying to customer accounts, coordinating customer pick-ups with the warehouse, following up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival, reordering products to keep shelves stocked, and addressing service concerns. Desired skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, effective time management, basic computer skills, and a detail- and service-oriented mindset to support contractors and customers.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred
