Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative at ABC Supply responsible for identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate roofing/building products, following product checklists, up-selling additional products, processing sales orders and payments, coordinating customer pick-ups with the warehouse, tracking deliveries, reordering stock, and addressing service concerns. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and customer service to support contractors and homeowners in roofing, siding, and windows projects.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Detail and service-oriented
