Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person while building relationships with new and existing clients. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement, then generate and follow up on sales leads and quote requests. Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion and maintaining detailed records of sales activity. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities while learning company products and industry best practices. Support the sales team in achieving department goals within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail sales, inside sales, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or the printing industry
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail sales, inside sales, or a related role
- Printing industry experience
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Familiarity with printing, signage, promotional products, or related industries
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
