Job Summary
Conduct outbound daily sales calls to residential prospects and current clients, executing the Inside Sales 6 Step Sales Approach to sell and upsell Pest Management Services and Products. Maintain a 35% or better closing rate and convert customer call-ins to 60% or better into the Year Round Protection Plan while meeting monthly baseline sales targets. Handle 15-20 calls per hour with an average call quality score of 75%, following up on all proposed or sold orders within 24 hours. Support inbound call volumes as needed to meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years successful experience at a rapidly growing professional sales organization
- 1+ years Call center experience
- Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals
- Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven success in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Minimum High School diploma or GED
- Must be prepared to Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects
- Incumbent is required to have: Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes
- Incumbent is required to have: visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm's reach with skill, control, and accuracy
- Incumbent is required to have: Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume
- Incumbent is required to have: receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction
- Incumbent is required to have: make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment
