Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative to drive full sales cycle for 3Shape TRIOS hardware/software solutions, conducting inbound/outbound prospecting, online demos, tailoring proposals, maintaining CRM pipeline, collaborating with Technical Sales Specialists, Customer Success, Partners, and Support teams, and traveling within Europe. Must develop and close opportunities, perform discovery to identify pains and goals, deliver technical presentations/demos, generate proposals, and keep opportunity status up-to-date while staying current on products and market trends. Strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills required; experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is essential. Prior experience in dental industry sales and knowledge of CAD/CAM or IOS is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of B2B Sales, ideally in dental equipment, healthcare or technology fields
- Dental industry experience in a sales function is highly desired
- Knowledge of sales process and methodologies
- Strong competency with PowerPoint, Excel and CRM software
- Fluent in English with advanced written and verbal communication skills
