Job Summary
Inside Sales Associate at ABC Supply handling customer needs, recommending roofing/building product solutions, following product checklists, upselling, answering phones and entering sales orders, accepting payments, coordinating customer pick-ups with the warehouse, following up on deliveries, reordering products to maintain stock, and addressing service concerns. Requires strong communication, interpersonal, time-management, and basic computer skills; emphasis on being a team player with a positive attitude. Required Qualifications
