Job Summary
Inside Sales Associate at ABC Supply helps customers select roofing and other building products, assesses needs using product checklists, up-sells where appropriate, processes sales orders, assists with payments and account applications, coordinates customer pickups with the warehouse, and follows up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival. Strong emphasis on world-class service, sales aptitude, and teamwork, with preferred 1–2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows. Requires excellent communication, time management, basic computer skills, a positive attitude, and a detail- and service-oriented approach.
