Inside Sales Representative position in our Call Center focusing on qualifying inbound/outbound homeowner leads for home improvement products from 1-800 Hansons. Develops customer rapport, delivers world-class service, schedules product presentations, and supports sales reps with documentation and communication. Requires the ability to listen/customer-focus, strong communication, problem solving, teamwork, and proficiency with MS Office. Full-time or part-time options with shifts including afternoon and mid-shift hours, located in Troy, MI. Benefits eligible after 30 days, including health, 401k, and PTO; travel may be required occasionally.
