Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for inbound and outbound calls and follow-up to drive profitable growth in the Commercial and Industrial lines, acquiring new revenue by prospecting B2B leads, responding to inbound inquiries to close business, maintaining knowledge of services and pricing, and meeting monthly growth quotas. Requires the ability to generate and manage leads, negotiate terms, produce reports, and work effectively as part of a team or independently. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a customer-service orientation. Must have a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience. Located in High Point, North Carolina (onsite).
