Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Rep for United Rentals, you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant at the branch, with responsibilities including quoting and selling equipment and services, establishing new rental and sales accounts from walk-in and call-in customers, negotiating prices, dispatching delivery trucks, generating leads, warming dormant accounts, maintaining an organized showroom, and performing other duties as needed. The role requires exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills, strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate with team members to drive branch growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
