Job Summary
Implement the branch's business plan by renting and selling equipment, managing customer relations, and handling telemarketing and collections. Establish new accounts through outbound calls and serve call-in customers while educating them on proper equipment usage and safety. Process quotations, reservations, contracts, and invoices in compliance with policies, ensuring accurate system entry and maintaining inventory records. Coordinate daily equipment pickups and returns, run operational reports, and advise the manager on product and service needs. Maintain accurate inventory of branch assets and facilitate smooth branch operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Strong customer service orientation
- Sales experience/skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Engineering aptitude: ability to properly size, quote, install and maintain large projects that may range from critical sewer by-pass, industrial process cooling, construction and water damage drying, multi-level power distribution at various voltages and large scale climate control projects
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
