Inside Sales Rep

Inside Sales Rep at United Rentals responsible for serving as a key customer contact and consultant at the Fluid Solutions branch. Duties include quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for fluid solutions equipment and services based on customer needs; establishing understanding of rental business for specialty engineered products; processing quotations, reservations and contracts; developing new rental and sales accounts via walk-in and call-in customers; educating customers on proper equipment use; coordinating with branch staff to deliver satisfaction; tracking daily equipment pickups/returns; maintaining accurate inventory records; and supporting branch growth with strong customer service and relationship-building. Preferred or related qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and knowledge of fluid solutions products and applications; strong sales and customer service skills; proficiency with MS Office.
